Our client, a leading business with multiple locations in Central London, requires an EA / Office Manager to support the CEO and COO. This is a 6 week temporary position initially to cover a busy period of meetings and business transactions, and support the permanent EA who needs to work from home for a period of time. It is to start asap. There is the opportunity to work from home one day per week and it is working 9:00am-5:30pm. The CEO and COO are very busy and dynamic Executives who have multiple meetings with Senior level stakeholders. This role is providing support to COO 70% of the time, and the CEO 30%. You will also offer Office Management support. The key responsibilities of the EA role are: Working in conjunction with the permanent EA Handling email inboxes and diaries Acting as first point of contact for the Executives and Senior level visitors to the office Gatekeeper for the Executives You will have: Senior level EA experience with a flexible, hands on approach MS Office Gravitas and the professional presence to engage with Senior level stakeholders, welcoming them to the office Office Management experience and an enjoyment of being first point of contact for any queries.
