Office Manager / EA
Permanent, £40-50,000 per annum, Office based / Central London
A highly regarded luxury fashion and accessories brand, based in Knightsbridge, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager / EA to support the Founder and oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the office and boutique operations.
This office based role is varied and hands-on, suited to someone who thrives in a small business environment, enjoys responsibility, and takes pride in keeping everything running seamlessly behind the scenes.
Reporting directly to the Founder, you will act as a trusted right-hand support while managing a broad range of office, operational and administrative responsibilities, including:
Personal Assistance:
- Founder’s diary, appointments and business schedule
- Organising UK and international travel
Stock, Invoices & Operations:
- Checking deliveries, invoices and payment schedules
- Booking stock into the stock management system
- Organising inter-location stock transfers and annual stock takes
HR & Payroll Support:
- Managing the HR platform and onboarding new starters
- Liaising with HR consultants and issuing contracts
- Collating timesheets and payroll data for the accountant
Health & Safety:
- Maintaining health and safety records and risk assessments
- Ensuring compliance with fire, electrical and safety checks
Ideally, you will have:
- At least 5 years’ experience in a senior administrative, PA / EA or office management role within a small business environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise under pressure
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach, with strong attention to detail
- Absolute discretion, professionalism and trustworthiness
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confidence working with data, reports and spreadsheets
- A high level of accuracy, especially when handling stock and numerical information
- A team-focused mindset with the ability to manage upwards effectively
