Interim Senior Business Partner, Central London / Hybrid, ASAP start to March 2027, £32 per hour, 36 hour per week plus holiday pay

We’re working with a high-profile, purpose-led cultural organisation to find an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their People team on an interim basis through to March 2027.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HRBP/Senior HRBP who can hit the ground running, build credibility quickly and make an immediate impact.

You’ll partner with senior leaders across a broad client group, providing both strategic and hands-on HR support across a busy and varied People agenda.

Typical responsibilities:

• A trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers
• Managing complex Employee Relations cases through to dismissal and appeal
• Coaching and influencing leaders to improve people management capability
• Supporting organisational change and people-focused projects
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders and trade union representatives
• Supporting workforce planning, talent and succession activity
• Using people data to inform decision-making
• Line managing a Junior Business Partner

Ideally you’ll have:

• 3–5 years’ HRBP / Senior HRBP experience
• Strong generalist HR and Employee Relations expertise
• Experience managing complex ER cases
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
• Previous people management experience
• Experience supporting change, projects or organisational development
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience

Experience within the charity, cultural, public or Civil Service sectors would be a real advantage, as would experience in a unionised environment.
