Receptionist

Property Management, Central London, permanent, £30,000-£35,000 plus benefits 

A well-established Property Management Company based in Mayfair requires a permanent Receptionist with Secretarial skills.

The main duties of the Receptionist role are:

  • Meet and Greet visitors and answer the phone
  • Arrange meetings for Directors, in person or on video call
  • Organise meeting rooms
  • Order lunches and refreshments for meetings
  • Arrange travel
  • Produce confidential documents – management information, management agreements, job offer letters etc.
  • Copy typing
  • Produce PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide keys to contractors
  • Order office supplies
  • Arrange promotional items and organise office recycling

Ideally you will have PA Secretarial skills and present as professional and welcoming, with great interpersonal skills to build a rapport with clients and contractors.
