Administrator

Academy in the Arts, temporary opportunity to end of August, £13.74 ph plus holiday pay accrual.

Our client is a prestigious academy in the arts requires an Administrator to play a crucial part in, administering and delivering undergraduate and postgraduate degree, diploma, and certificate programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving and responding to day to day enquiries in the department inbox.
• Receiving applications from students and logging them in the system.
• Process and maintain student records and files.
• Logging Masters applications.
• Invite Masters applications to interview and concessionary tasks.
• Logging Certificate programme applications Logging Professional applications.
• Create Student Registration Forms Oversee Faculty inbox.
• Respond generic to awards day inquiries.
• Sending out Ad hoc Undergraduate interview invites.
• Posting graduation Certificates

Desired attributes and skills:

• Experience in an administrative capacity in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy for data input.
• Competent written and oral skills to provide clear and concise information.
• Customer-focused approach with confidence in dealing with enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to build rapport and work with different people.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively and take initiative.
• Strong IT skills using Microsoft Office, especially Excel Knowledge of financial IT packages and bespoke databases.
• Tact and diplomacy Interest in working in an arts environment.
