Manuela is our executive consultant (interim) and has over 30 years’ experience across a range of industries and disciplines including professional services, marketing and media organisations, Not for profit and financial services. Manuela has worked on campaigns ranging from local small business through to multiple geographic locations.

Strategic sourcing is an area of expertise and Manuela as an executive consultant has been instrumental in crafting and implementing innovative recruitment strategies that go beyond traditional approaches. Her commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace has not only contributed to building robust teams but has also enhanced the overall organisational culture for her clients.

Manuela is fluent in Italian and her Interests span history, nature, arts, people, family, social and cultural trends, trail running and a love of reflexology – anatomy is becoming more and more interesting!
