Charlotte brings 20 years recruitment experience to Val Wade Recruitment. She has recruited the range, from Receptionists/Administrators to EAs, from Marketing, Communications and Events professionals to HR and Finance. With a strong emphasis on building relationships and being hands on, she has worked with clients within Education, Membership and Creative, and Professional Services and Business. Charlotte believe the key to successful recruitment is by focusing on the best outcome for clients and candidates equally, adding value and being endlessly curious!  Charlotte started her career in the creative world and views recruitment as a very creative, dynamic, ever-changing industry; she loves the variety!

In her free time, Charlotte loves days out with her family, exploring London, or to the Coast.
