We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused individuals. This public-facing role is key to ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, informative, and memorable visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors inside and outside the attraction
Manage queues and provide directions or information
Issue and collect media guides (audio headsets)
Support visitor flow during major events and services
Maintain health and safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure
Comfortable working indoors/outdoors, standing/walking for long periods
Flexibility with hours, including evenings and weekends
Desirable: Interest in British history or experience in a heritage or visitor setting
