Receptionist

Engineering firm, Temporary Mondays and Tuesdays, 3 weeks, East London, c£15 per hour plus holiday pay

Our client, a renowned progressive design led engineering firm based in London, requires a temporary Receptionist to cover leave. This is a job share role so you will be working Mondays and Tuesday 9:00am- 5:00pm.   

The main duties of the Receptionist role are:

• Meeting and Greeting visitors
• Booking meeting rooms
• Answering calls
• Presenting a warm welcome for the company and making a great first impression

Experience and skills

• Reception experience
• Very well presented with a professional and approachable demeanour
• Flexible with a can do attitude
• Good team approach
