Delegate Sales Executive 

Marketing Agency, London, 2 week Temporary booking, £16 per hour plus holiday accrual

Independent Marketing Agency with International clients need an enthusiastic temp to contact potential delegates for a business webinar they are organising. This company has strategic services to support International clients covering Events and Marketing and operates in 90 countries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Contacting potential attendees via Linked In and email
• Following up with proactive phone calls maintaining an awareness of time zones
• Presenting as an enthusiastic and professional ambassador for the company
• Demonstrating knowledge of the company’s webinars and the ability to describe the benefits of attending to potential delegates
• It is possible to work on a hybrid basis in this role

Desired Skills and Experience:

• First class interpersonal skills – able to build rapport with professionals via email, Linked In and phone
• Some experience of delegate sales gained within a professional events and conferences environment would be an advantage
• Flexibility in working hours – due to the geographical location of many delegates you may be asked to work an afternoon and evening shift in order to accommodate West and East Coast
